Associate Attorney

Isabelle J. Cho

Ms. Cho is an associate at Adams Silva & McNally LLP. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of legal issues, including special education, labor and employment, student discipline issues, and governance.

Before joining Adams Silva & McNally, Ms. Cho served as a law clerk at a local bankruptcy firm, where she gained experience preparing a variety of legal documents, conducting client interviews, and assisting a pro bono client with a Chapter 7 petition. During her clerkship, Ms. Cho also published two articles in the Commercial Finance Newsletter on Westlaw and the Business Law E-Bulletin of the California Lawyers Association.

While attending UCLA School of Law, Ms. Cho provided legal advocacy for families of children with developmental disabilities, preparing documents related to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs), and other filings with the California Department of Education and local school districts. Additionally, Ms. Cho worked as a real estate transactional law clerk, where she drafted executive compensation and performance review policies for the Board manual of a non-profit organization.

While an undergraduate at UCLA, Ms. Cho served as a research assistant for the UCLA Center for Autism Research, organizing the annual Autism Conference in collaboration with six universities across the country. Ms. Cho contributed by translating research materials and providing on-site English-to-Korean interpretation, helping make autism research accessible to a wider audience.
